1-to-1 Interview Coaching

Private coaching built around one student, so the time is spent on the stations and habits that are actually holding them back.

  • One to one, online

Who this is for

  • Students who freeze, ramble or run out of things to say when they are put on the spot.
  • Students who already know their weak areas and want time spent only on those.
  • Students with interviews at specific universities who want practice shaped around those formats.

What's included

  • A private session focused on this student rather than a class.
  • Live practice questions with the coach interrupting and correcting in real time.
  • Feedback on content, structure, tone and body language, not just whether the answer was right.
  • Work on the student's own experiences, so their answers sound like them rather than a script.
  • Agreed actions to practise before the next session.

How it works

  1. 1

Tell us where the student is

Send through their offers, interview invites and the areas they find hardest so the session starts in the right place.

  2. 2

    Book a time

Sessions run online at a time that fits around school.

  3. 3

    Practise and get corrected live

The coach asks real interview questions, stops the student where the answer breaks down, and rebuilds it with them.

  4. 4

Leave with a short practice plan

The student finishes with specific things to work on before their interview or their next session.

What you will be able to do afterwards

  • Handle the specific question types that previously made them freeze, because those are what the session drilled.
  • Use their own work experience and reading as evidence in an answer instead of speaking in generalities.
  • Recover mid answer when a question goes somewhere unexpected, rather than stopping.
