When you complete an enquiry or callback form we collect your name, email address, phone number, the course or pathway you are applying for, your intended entry year and any message you choose to send. We use this information only to respond to your enquiry, arrange a callback and provide the information you asked for.

Form submissions are processed and stored in our customer relationship management system (HubSpot), which acts as a processor on our behalf. If you separately opt in to marketing updates, we will also send you occasional emails about courses and admissions guidance. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email or by emailing us.

Legal basis and retention

We rely on your consent to contact you about your enquiry and to send marketing updates, and on our legitimate interest in running and improving our services. We keep enquiry data for as long as needed to support your family's application cycle and our record-keeping obligations, after which it is deleted.
